Scene Ahead is operated by RichSteps and helps tow operators review incident reports in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Incident awareness

Reports may be incomplete, delayed or approximate. They are not confirmed requests for towing or other assistance, and they do not authorize you to approach an incident or provide a service. Traffic delays do not establish the severity of an accident. Follow traffic rules and instructions from emergency personnel. Use the app when safely parked.

Coverage and report availability vary. Scene Ahead does not guarantee a towing opportunity or uninterrupted service.

Membership

Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Apple displays the price, billing period and any eligible trial before you confirm. Current U.S. options are $39.99 per month, $179.99 every six months, or $299.99 per year. Six-month and annual plans are paid upfront. Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial; Apple determines eligibility.

Membership renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Scene Ahead or your account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Apple's purchase confirmation and terms govern the transaction.

App license

The app is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains Scene Ahead's service and membership; it does not replace that license.
