Where is coverage available?

Current coverage is Miami-Dade County, Florida. You can choose a Miami-Dade area even when you are elsewhere. To request another county, open “Request coverage in my county” in the app, or email us the county and state.

Why aren't reports appearing?

Check your selected area, radius, incident types and report age. Switch to countywide reports to see a broader view. Check your connection and refresh. The number of reports varies, and an empty list does not mean every road is clear. If a feed error persists, email us with the time it happened.

Restore your membership

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, sign in to Scene Ahead and choose “Restore purchases” on the membership screen. If access is still missing, contact us. Do not send your Apple password.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Scene Ahead. Apple shows your renewal date and cancellation options. Deleting the app or your Scene Ahead account does not cancel a subscription.

Account and privacy requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information at support@sceneahead.com. We may ask you to verify the account before taking action. If an in-app account action cannot finish, contact us for help.

Accessibility support

If a control, map or screen is difficult to use, tell us which screen you were on and which accessibility settings you use. We welcome feedback that helps make Scene Ahead easier to use.

Scene Ahead provides incident awareness for tow operators. Reports are not confirmed requests for assistance, and this support service does not dispatch emergency help. For an emergency, call 911. Use the app when safely parked.
